Established in 2010 by Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE), it modernized Nepal’s capital market by introducing electronic record-keeping, dematerialization, and automated clearing of securities. CDSC is jointly owned by the Government of Nepal and NEPSE, and operates under the Securities Board of Nepal.
